About Baden

Having joined the Gardian team at the beginning of 2022, Baden is committed to gain experience within the industry through his hard working-working attitude and enthusiasm.

After various roles in previous years within the business, Baden has recently joined Joe Rickman as a Sales Associate. Now in his second year, Baden’s role heavily involves working with Buyers. He will be at every Open Home & attend every inspection and guarantee each buyer is getting the service they deserve. This role ensures, once an offer is accepted, the sale runs smoothly and is stress-free for all our buyers.

Like many others at Gardian, Baden is also a passionate rugby league player and thus far has spent his teen years travelling across the country playing representative rugby league. He now resides as a valuable member of the Mackay Cutters in 2025. Balancing his real estate career and football commitments, Baden draws on the discipline, reliability and work ethic developed on the field. These qualities make him a hardworking professional in the property industry.
