ABOUT JOE

Joe Rickman is a proudly born and bred Mackay boy, believing there is no better place in the world to reside and grow up. Over the past 7 years of being in the real estate industry Joe possesses what he believes are vitally important traits: energy, experience, a willingness to be better every day and an empathy that helps to get a successful outcome achieved.

Joe joined Gardian after a substantial career in the professional golf industry, whereby he was Mackay Golf Club's teaching/assistant professional. This career has seen Joseph get to know, work alongside and assist people of all walks of life in Mackay and surrounding regions. It is Joe's philosophy of 'People don't care about how much you know, until they know how much you CARE', that he feels is also completely relevant in real estate.

Buying and selling personal real estate of his own in Mackay's sometime niche market allows Joe's to convey confidence, accuracy and positivity that his clients are making the right financial decisions to help them progress to whatever the next stage or goal of their life is.

Joe's dedication outside of real estate is his young family. His wife, daughter and son are where his priorities are. Anything to do with sport, lawns, barbecuing and "DAD" stuff takes up the rest of his time.

ABOUT BADEN

Having joined the Gardian team at the beginning of 2022, Baden has shown a strong commitment to building his career in real estate through a hardworking attitude and genuine enthusiasm. After undertaking various roles within the business, Baden progressed into his current position as Sales Associate to Joe Rickman.

Now in his third year, Baden's role is heavily focused on working with buyers and ensuring all backend processes are managed seamlessly. He attends every open home and inspection, guaranteeing each buyer receives the high level of service they deserve. This hands-on approach ensures that once an offer is accepted, the sales process runs smoothly and remains as stress-free as possible for all parties involved.

Like many at Gardian, Baden is also a passionate rugby league player. He has spent several years travelling across the country playing representative rugby league and now is a valued member of the Mackay Cutters. Balancing the demands of professional sport with his real estate career, Baden draws on the discipline, reliability and work ethic developed on the field - qualities that translate directly into his work and make him a dependable and driven property professional.

Outside of work, Baden enjoys all types of training, staying active, and unwinding with a well-earned beer alongside his mates.
