About Joe

Joe Rickman is a proudly born and bred Mackay boy, believing there is no better place in the world to reside and grow up. Over the past 7 years of being in the real estate industry Joe possesses what he believes are vitally important traits: energy, experience, a willingness to be better every day and an empathy that helps to get a successful outcome achieved.

Joe joined Gardian after a substantial career in the professional golf industry, whereby he was Mackay Golf Club's teaching/assistant professional. This career has seen Joseph get to know, work alongside and assist people of all walks of life in Mackay and surrounding regions. It is Joe's philosophy of 'People don't care about how much you know, until they know how much you CARE', that he feels is also completely relevant in real estate.

Buying and selling personal real estate of his own in Mackay's sometime niche market allows Joe's to convey confidence, accuracy and positivity that his clients are making the right financial decisions to help them progress to whatever the next stage or goal of their life is.

Joe's dedication outside of real estate is his young family. His wife, daughter and son are where his priorities are. Anything to do with sport, lawns, barbecuing and "DAD" stuff takes up the rest of his time.
