Melissa joins the Gardian Group after an extensive 30-year career in which she has managed both small and large businesses including hairdressing salons and hotels as well as working in the real estate sales area. A natural people person, Melissa prides herself on dealing with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. She is results-driven and aims to exceed clients’ expectations at all times.
In her position as Business Development Manager at Gardian Real Estate, Melissa’s key role is ensuring that new and existing landlords are provided with an exceptionally high level of service. Backed with the experience and knowledge of a very dedicated property management team, Melissa aims to take the stress out of the landlord/ tenant relationship. Melissa believes that effective, honest and consistent communication is integral to upholding Gardian’s commitment to their clients particularly when it comes to managing an important asset such as their investment property.
Melissa stopped into Mackay on her way to Cairns in 1989 where she met her husband and has never left. She considers herself very lucky to live beach side at the beautiful suburb of Eimeo and be able to raise her three now adult children there. In her spare time Melissa is passionate about travel and looks forward to visiting new destinations on a regular basis.
