Some of our sales staff have just returned from the Australian Real Estate Conference (AREC 2019) at the Gold Coast. Over a period of 2 days we heard from 20 local and international speakers, motivators, influencers, and coaches.
Whilst there was much to learn there was also a lot of reaffirming of what we do at Gardian is the right and best way to a successful sale. Habits such as working with qualified buyers on our database, extensive and innovative marketing of the property, beautiful home presentation, working in a team rather than as an individual, providing feedback to the seller and negotiating the best price are what we pride ourselves on.
So we’re all inspired and ready to continue to achieve more successful sales.
