Gardian Real Estate sold 74 properties for the March quarter. This number is up considerably on last year’s total of 45 for the same period, that’s a 64% increase! As you can see there are still people in our community who must sell their home and people who have to buy a property. These sellers and buyers are now just selling and buying in a more isolated market. There is not as much competition as a couple of months ago.
