Gardian held its latest In Room Auction evening last Monday at our Corporate Office. ‘Three of the Best’ properties in Mackay featured for sale on the night. The Auction was a huge success with one of the properties selling under the hammer and the other 2 properties going under contract in the next couple of days. That’s 3 from 3 and more than $4 million worth of property under contract! This is on top of what was Gardian’s best ever month for sales with a total of nearly $20,000,000 worth of property going under contract.
