Buyers are now allowed to view properties at Open Homes again in Queensland. Last weekend COVID-19 restrictions were relaxed to allow 10 people at a property. These changes to protocol, even with other social distancing laws still in place, resulted in a number of buyers returning to the property market. Gardian properties were well attended with close to 100 people going out over the weekend. Eight of these properties going under contract tells us that buyers are happy that properties are open again.
