This week saw the release of the 2020 Agent of the Year Awards by Ratemyagent. Ratemyagent is Australia’s number 1 agent review website. The 2020 Agent of the Year Awards look at which agents have had the most consistent customer recommendations through 2019 and how successful that agent has been in terms of sales volume and sales price. The awards then rank agents and their agencies so it's clear to see who are leaders in each suburb across Australia.

Gardian were ranked number 2 in Mackay and have topped a staggering 77 categories in a number of suburbs throughout the district. These categories include total recommendations, average star ratings, average sale price and current listings.

A special mention to Ben Kerrisk and Mick McLeod and David Fisher who ranked in the top 5 for Mackay. not to be left out, our property management department received more recommendations than any other Mackay Agency last year, finishing the year at Number 1.

These outstanding results really are reflective of our whole Gardian family which includes our administration team and of course Gardian Insurance and Mortgage Choice.
