This week saw the release of the 2020 Agent of the Year Awards by Ratemyagent. Ratemyagent is Australia’s number 1 agent review website. The 2020 Agent of the Year Awards look at which agents have had the most consistent customer recommendations through 2019 and how successful that agent has been in terms of sales volume and sales price. The awards then rank agents and their agencies so it's clear to see who are leaders in each suburb across Australia.
2020 is off to a great start, with the Gardian Sales Team showing more than 100 potential buyers through open homes over the weekend and with a further 10 contracts signed and a number of offers presented. One of the properties had a whopping 14 groups in attendance!
Happy New Years! For many, with the start of a new year comes an opportunity to set some goals for the year that lies ahead. Both ours and your new year’s resolution is to fulfil your property goals. This is our number one priority. So, what do we need to do in order for this for this to happen?

Previously we have spoken many a time about the importance of marketing properties. It is an integral part of any successful sale – you can’t sell a secret. The more buyer groups you get through your property the more chance you have of finding the right buyer.
Many people will be doing their Christmas shopping over the next fortnight, and this includes for properties. Those buyers wanting to be in their new home for Christmas will have to sign a contract in the next couple of weeks. Remember that banks, solicitors, building and pest inspectors, accountants and even real estate agents begin to go on holidays extending the lengths of contracts.
Gardian will be holding our last In-Room Auction evening for the year on Monday the 25th of November at Harrup Park Country Club from 6pm.
Congratulations to all of our buyers and sellers who secured contracts so far this quarter. Gardian Real Estate agents were able to negotiate more than 70 contracts since July 1. There is no secret to our success. We don’t keep it to ourselves, we make sure we share this knowledge with you.
